Disappointing I bought a Withings HR Sport and the glass broke within 4months. After chasing a number of times Withings replaced the watch but within a month of the replacement arriving the glass broke again. Sadly its not fit for purpose...

And the product works fine as well.

I Had a top Service fromm Withings Support and the scanwatch ist supperb

Would give no stars if possible. Have had a scanwatch since June 2022 and the notifications have been sporadic at best. Contacted customer service in November to complain and am still waiting for a resolution. The people who work in the customer service team are no help whatsoever, they just repeat the same script over and over offering no useful help. The watch is still in warranty but they are not helping at all.

The Withings ecosystem, as well as the customer support, and the innovative trusted products have really helped me improve my quality of life. BPM, Sleep, Thermo, and Body Cardio have been life changing for me, especially for key performance indicators in managing my Type 2 Diabetes as a triathlete.

I tried to call them many times as my body+ is no longer working properly. Their customer service is horrible. They have agreed the body+ is not calculating properly the body fat but they are not giving any solution.

They do not have a replacing policy neither a technical service in many countries in European Union.


For the cost of their products they can do much better.

Withings Body Com and the ScanWatch it are arrived today, they are of super quality. The configuration and super simple and the design is refined, the grip is great. Have on the long term what it gives.

The watch that monitors our health is a real plus.

I am Withings Customer since 2020, brought several products and there has never been a bad experience.
The product hybrid smart watch is perfect. Incredible design, functional to the extend I need, and with 30 days of battery life (which I can confirm) is unrivaled.
I have been contact with customer support twice and everytime got an satisfied solution.
Keep up the good work :)

Do not buy a scale from this company if you are not super tech savvi.
If more people share the scale and one person deletes the account from the app. A server will then send you and email where it is possible to decline the deletion.
If you miss this email, your account and with it all data will be deleted within 7 days.
This is simply stupid programming, keep away or keep your scale for your self.
Keep in mind that the scale i got can have up to 6 users, why would anyone think that the way of deletion request is a good idea?

Withings products superb support zero just pass you round no personal help when you have a problem and a complaint gets ignored..if you buy expensive watch ask them if compatible with your phone iOS ok..android they cover their selves by stating android 11 and above ok.but then there is a list that contradicts this.if you call support they say yes it's ok android 11 .but I have 2 steel hr and scan watch I can't pair with motor roller moto e 20 android 11 £ 690 + phone cost can't use.they no longer answer my 40 emails..so product not fit for purpose and not as described..trading standards and customer service ..please help.i have list and file of my disgraceful zero result and wasted money . So bad

I received my Withings Body Comp scale today. So excited to try an upgrade to my Body Cardio. The Cardio served me well, but this scale is going to give even more information on my body, which I believe will help me to improve my health.

I reported an issue with my Pulse HR. It was not working. The support area gave some instructions and I followed. At the end I had to send back my original Puls HR and the gave a new one. I did not expected that, :-)

I own two different models of Withings scales. They are very accurate and integrate flawlessly with Apple’s Health app. When I accidentally broke my newest scale, Withings customer service provided a good solution for a replacement.
